Puan Elia Talib is the Managing Director and founder of GRADUAN®. Elia has 40 years working experience with more than 20 years of experience as a careers and recruitment specialist.

Elia started her career in 1976 in the publishing industry. Since the early 1990s, she has managed and supervised the conceptualisation and production of a range of titles, with an emphasis on the preparation of creatively designed and competitively priced directories, guides and handbooks.

In 1994, Elia launched the GRADUAN® publication (formerly known as Aspirasi Graduan), targeted specifically for Malaysian graduates. Its mission was to be the most comprehensive and reliable career guidance and employment resource for Malaysian graduates.
