Dr. Eugene Y.J. Tee is presently the Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology, HELP University. He attained his Ph.D. in Management from the University of Queensland in 2010 and has research interests in the study of emotions-related processes in both social and organizational interactions. He has presented his research work in conferences internationally and regionally, and has published his work on emotions in Leadership Quarterly, Advancing Relational Leadership Theory, Research on Emotions in Organizations and Followership in Action: Cases and Commentaries. Dr. Tee has given over 70 presentations, both locally and internationally, on psychology-related. Dr. Tee has also conducted emotions management training sessions for both the public and private sector organizations both in Malaysia as well as in Australia.
